Configuration module — typical cases
What this page is. The recurring kinds of configuration change on Bulstrad's estate as its databases and intake queues show them, not as the design assumed them. It complements Configuration Module § 8, whose eight walks (CS-1 … CS-8) were chosen to stress the architecture; here the only questions are what is actually configured on STAGING and PROD, how often, by whom, on which environment first, and what does the module do with it. Twenty-five cases, ordered by frequency × pain; each names its rows, its tickets, the parts of the twelve it touches (Configuration Module § 7.1), its deployment set and its walk through the stages. SRD_IPROD has no audit column on any of its 81 tables, so recency comes from ALL_TAB_MODIFICATIONS, from block-level ORA_ROWSCN bucketed into months by a calibration table — an upper bound, a row counts in the month its block was last written — and from a 113-table TEST ↔ PROD count-and-hash diff; SRD_ANLT.PPA_PRODUCT_VERSIONS carries real dates. As AISA v2.0 would run each of them: the interactive case walkthrough traces every case below on its actual module stages, with five adaptive screen patterns, endpoint payloads, stored records, selected agent prompts, separate recovery/learning and the variant that must fail; each case here links straight to its own journey (Case journeys, Case Protocol).
0. What the census says F
- Changes to existing products are at least 95 % of the work; new products are 4 of about 60 in twelve months — 4727 (09.2025, co-branded casco), 2345 «Пълна защита» (06.2026, an INSIS + ABACUS product with three IPAL seam rows), 3606 (07.2026, a copy of 3635 whose real content is a BPMN and user-task commit) and 1105 (a 2026-tariff 1100, opened on TEST 04.09.2026). Two of the four are not IPAL products.
- ABACUS on STAGING: one EUR re-deploy of every product's rating (10–11.2025 on TEST, 12.2025 on PROD), then a steady stream of broker, channel and partner rating templates on existing products — 4704 holds 115 versions on TEST against 71 on PROD, 4710 43 / 22, 3618 18 / 7, 3636 11 / 2; thirteen online-channel templates of 06–07.2026 are unreleased — and tariff refreshes on existing products (3607 × 5 versions, 3443 × 9, 3602, 3636, 3618, cargo 110x, 4727, 3613). TEST holds 519 versions, PROD 347.
SRD_IPRODon STAGING, by table group: pricing factors and LOV values are the most-touched group (11 871 row-blocks in twelve months), then catalogue and covers (5 756 — 2200 / 2222 EUR limits, 3606, the 3408 re-upload, eleven new annex types), mapping IPAL ↔ INSIS (5 114), offers (2 048), validations (1 893 —CFG_FLD_VALIDATIONwritten every month from 04.2026 to 09.2026, 29 rules OFF), labels (163 TEST-only keys, 624 PROD-only, 122 changed texts).- The single most-churned configuration table is the ABACUS validation layer
ABC_ACCESS.CFG_ABC_FLD_VALIDATION(1 689 updates on TEST since 29.12.2025; PROD last written 04.09.2026) with its per-user, per-agent and per-group bypass lists (PROD 1 387 users · 380 agents · 144 groups, last written 03.09.2026) — thresholds and who may cross them, not products. - TEST → PROD is not the only direction. PROD carries configuration TEST lacks (4704 deductible definitions 96 against 32 rows, 2222
MANDvalidations 107 against 84, route roles on 2200 / 2222 / 3607, 600+ НКИД labels, the "User Group 2200, 2222" role, 14 more numbering offices per product), and STAGING carries unreleased work (3606, the 2345 seam, 1105, the 3635 rework,PR_PRICING_FACTORS.UI_REQUIRED— a column PROD does not have — and two TEST-only tables). Drift is a standing condition. - Intake, HDesk (42 configuration tickets in the OTRS "Ablera" queue): validation or check 10 · tariff or rate 10 · discount or loading 6 · questionnaire or field 4 · nomenclature 3 · new product 2 · new clause 2 · promo 1 · visibility 1 · other 3. The customer names INSIS or МАТРИЦА as a target in 38 of 42 — the half D85 places outside the module. Ask → first TEST delivery: 0–1 day when the desk changes INSIS itself, 8–24 days when Ablera configures INSIS + IPAL, 56–155 days for cross-system asks, 287–496 days when ABACUS and IPAL twins are needed; PROD arrival is confirmed in 3 of 42, „очаква доработка" is the state of 20, twelve carry explicit waiting complaints, none mentions an offer or CR.
- Intake, Jira (68 tickets: 34 configuration, 15 master data, 19 print): 31 were applied on PROD, 26 of them the same day, 7 on TEST only; executed by Ablera IT (25), by a person running AISA-drafted SQL (14) or by Bulstrad IT (11); ten are a temporary relax followed by a revert; 30 of 68 repeat an earlier ticket in chains of three to five (four relax rounds on one
MINV, five tickets for one0cell — KI-030, four missing-sequence tickets, five monthly BSO batches). About eleven configuration-shaped Jira tickets a month, flat. - The code half. Every new product on the customer line needed a plugin commit (BPMN + user tasks); every computed rule — per-person count, campaign duration, date checks — landed as code with a database toggle; the FRAME work put a column on both environments and rows on none. Handover to Development is the normal path for a new or conditional configuration, not the exception.

1. The eight walks, re-read against the estate F
| Case | Verdict | The real cases | Evidence |
|---|---|---|---|
| CS-1 9951 «Каско Максимум» on Ablera dev | architecture test | CF-16 CF-17 CF-18 | a full-catalogue new product built on Ablera dev, never on the customer's STAGING; the only STAGING analogues are 3606 (a clone of 3635 plus one BPMN commit) and 1105 (a re-tariffed 1100) |
| CS-2 2026 EUR tariff on 4710 / 4704, abacus-only | typical — not as written in one respect | CF-04 CF-05 | the EUR wave touched 67 products; tariff refreshes recur monthly; HDesk tariff asks are 10 of 42. The modal ABACUS change, though, is a broker or channel template version on an existing product (4704 115 against 71) — Gap F is the case, not a residual |
| CS-3 3607 new clause + loading + minimum premium | typical | CF-12 CF-10 CF-06 | new-clause, limit and loading asks recur (00102452 HSSC, 00087147, 00104195, 00104001 TURLOW on 13 products, SD-1822 on 74 covers); 3607 received five rating versions 03–06.2026 on TEST and reached PROD 06.07; the customer split the ask into three tickets, which the module's single H1 does not model |
| CS-4 2214 / 2215 promo „65 години" | typical in shape, once in count | CF-19 | the only time-boxed case in twelve months; its footprint was ABACUS versions + TR_LIB_PROP.campaign_dur code + PR_PRICING_OVERRIDES + one SR_MESSAGES_LNG row that never reached PROD (SD-2183); CFG_DISCOUNTS.CAMPAIGN_ID holds no row — time-boxed configuration is in fact time-boxed code plus rating |
| CS-5 product 8000 «Здравна грижа» | architecture test | CF-11 | QA only; on STAGING the health footprint is seven message keys and one PR_COMMON_PARAMS row on PROD |
| CS-6 cargo HSSC cover, the INSIS side | recurring, not as written | CF-15 CF-08 CF-12 | cargo changes recur (1100–1103 differ in 14–17 tables each; CFG_MAPPING_FLFLD monthly; new 1105), but the recurring pain is the seam and the print (SD-1980 DESCR 50 characters, SD-2141 English application, SD-1904 counter, SD-1720 / 2136 debit notes), not rating; HSSC itself (00102452, 26.06.2026) has no rows anywhere yet |
| CS-7 mid-run discovery | typical as a failure mode | CF-18 CF-25 CF-07 | SD-1992 (factor undeclared), SD-2184 (LD in IPAL, absent from the ABACUS model), SD-1915 (documents LOV empty), the 3408 re-upload, the 3635 rework two years after go-live |
| CS-8 twelve parts onto five stages | not a case | CF-09 CF-17 CF-15 | a mapping exercise; two of its rows are contradicted by the census — parts 8 / 9 / 10 "INSIS out of the module" and "DDL is never configuration" are where 38 of 42 HDesk asks and 5 of 34 Jira numbering asks land |
Three typical, one typical in shape, one recurring in another form, two architecture tests, one not a case. No CS covers the three highest-frequency kinds: threshold relax and revert (CF-01), bypass and visibility lists (CF-03), broker templates (CF-05).
2. The cases
Format: ask · evidence · scope (parts of the twelve · stages · deployment set · shared rows) · delivery today · walk · variants · coverage today · journey. Deployment sets as in Configuration Module § 3; write classes as in Gating § 1. Each case ends with Journey: — the same case as AISA v2.0 would run it, in the interactive walkthrough: the selected module stages and checkpoints, each with the adaptive screen the person sees, the endpoint request and what it stores, the agent initialisation and task prompts, the gate, the execution, the reversal, and the variant that must fail. Case journeys states the rules those journeys obey and Case Protocol the service boundaries. Design specification, not a recorded run.
CF-01 — Threshold or LOV relax for one policy, then revert. Ask: „вдигнете временно валидацията", „да падне блокировката". Evidence: 8 Jira (SD-1570, 1577, 1584, 1592, 1614, 1669, 1827, 1903), all 04–07.2026; CFG_FLD_VALIDATION written every month 04–09.2026; 29 rules OFF on TEST, 26 on PROD; the ABACUS twin 1 689 updates. Scope: temporary rule exception plus restoration, under Support/Data; the current packet enumerates the real shared audience and any ABACUS twin. A one-policy request does not prove the row is private. Delivery: the desk drafts step-1 and step-2 SQL, Ablera IT executes with the team's "target − 1" margin, the revert follows the client's confirmation; often the ABACUS twin is the real gate (SD-1669: no IPAL rule at all). Variants: CAR_PROD_YEAR, IV_PASSENGERS, IV_* caps in BGN-literal EUR, LOV OFF → ON. Census coverage assessment: the skill row of Data & Manipulation Module § 0.2; Gap N (scheduled H7) fits; no CS. Current illustrated path P: Support intake/classification → route → Data & Manipulation in the same case: S3 Solution take → S2 Investigation → S3 Solution take → S4 Confirmation → S5 Application → S6 Validation → S7 Reversal / restoration → Support closure. Required S7 restoration precedes resolution. Investigation is conditional; a ready skill or checked answer uses its current preflight without an unnecessary S2 visit. Customer request
Temporarily relax this validation for one policy.
Specific failure illustrated
A one-policy validation exception would become an uncontrolled shared rule change if its audience or restore were omitted.
Initial solution take
A one-policy validation exception would become an uncontrolled shared rule change if its audience or restore were omitted.
The related procedure is a candidate until its current preconditions are checked.
Evidence to establish — investigation or the known skill’s preflight
- The CF catalogue includes temporary support requests as well as lasting configuration changes.
- CFG_FLD_VALIDATION and its ABACUS twin may enforce different parts of the same block.
- A shared threshold remains shared even when the request mentions one policy.
Return to solution take
Route the bounded exception to Support/Data and approve relaxation, customer action and restoration together.
Reject this shortcut: A supposedly policy-specific threshold actually affects every policy using the shared row: require the full impact gate.
Confirmation and application
- Record the current rule/twin values, real consumer set and the agreed action window.
- Apply only the authorised temporary delta and await the designated operator's result.
- Verify the action, then restore the baseline under H7 and check both enforcement paths.
Verification
- The requested action succeeds within the approved exception.
- The original rule and twin are restored.
- No other consumer is left with relaxed permanent behaviour.
Recovery
If the current row no longer equals the case's temporary value, park restoration for reconciliation rather than overwriting the later change.
What is retained
Memory: Temporary rule relief is not a new permanent product configuration.
Skill: Require restore identity, before value and due trigger before the first change.
Tool candidate: Automate the twin-rule/audience comparison and restoration-due inventory; retain repeated exceptions as evidence for a lasting fix.
Next request: Look up previous exceptions and causal fixes, then re-read the live rule and its audience.

CF-02 — Permanent check: add, change or explain a control. Ask: „контрола за …", „да не допуска …", „да е задължително когато …". Evidence: HDesk 10 of 42 (00098632, 00099893, 00101281, 00101359, 00103979, 00104150, 00104195, 00104411, 00072908, 00061034); Jira SD-1678, 1739, 1764, 1822, 2140; TEST CFG_FLD_VALIDATION 552 against PROD 531 (2222 84 / 107, 2227 10 / 1), PR_OPERATIONS 122 / 118 with 18 disabled, CFG_ABC_CAR_COVER_RESTRICTIONS +56, CFG_ABC_CAR_QUEST_RESTRICTIONS +10; the code half Add configurable policy date checks (17.07.2026). Scope: part 7 (+ 8, an INSIS Forms rule; + code when conditional) · S3 (+ S2) · ipal only (+ INSIS script) · shared rows CFG_VAL_OVERRULED_GRP. Delivery: Bulstrad IT flips existing INSIS rules the same day (00104150 on PROD, day 0); the IPAL and ABACUS side by Ablera in weeks to months; conditional rules become code. Variants: antedating, mandatory-when, IV cap per cover, cubic capacity ≠ 0, PML. Census coverage assessment: CS-3 in part, CS-7, Gap K — but the INSIS half, where the desk asks, is out by D85. Customer request
Add a check that prevents this invalid policy.
Specific failure illustrated
A control row is installed but the requested condition is not actually enforced.
Initial solution take
A control row is installed but the requested condition is not actually enforced.
The related procedure is a candidate until its current preconditions are checked.
Evidence to establish — investigation or the known skill’s preflight
- A control row that is installed but still OFF cannot enforce the requested rule.
- Conditional or computed behaviour may need code rather than another configuration value.
- IPAL, ABACUS and INSIS may have separate enforcement points.
Return to solution take
Change the existing rule where the capability exists, and join any required code or external INSIS work.
Reject this shortcut: The row exists but is OFF, or the INSIS twin is omitted: fail.
Confirmation and application
- Export the current rule and express allowed/forbidden examples in the agreed product scope.
- Apply the selected S2/S3 delta and recruit Development only for behaviour the current evaluator cannot express.
- Activate on the chosen target after the evaluator and all required twins are ready.
Verification
- Invalid examples trigger the intended rule.
- Valid examples and permitted overrules still work.
- The actual target uses the active rule and all declared twins.
Recovery
Restore the prior rule version and activation state only after checking issued work and compatibility with the evaluator.
What is retained
Memory: A row's existence is not evidence that the evaluator consumes it.
Skill: Bind each requested condition to a real capability and positive/negative examples.
Tool candidate: Automate a rule-capability/twin audit that detects OFF, unconsumed or missing counterpart rules.
Next request: Search prior rule changes, export current state and distinguish missing activation from missing code.

Customer request
Only this group should be allowed the exception.
Specific failure illustrated
An exception or product route grants access to more identities than the request authorised.
Initial solution take
An exception or product route grants access to more identities than the request authorised.
The related procedure is a candidate until its current preconditions are checked.
Evidence to establish — investigation or the known skill’s preflight
- Per-user, per-agent and group overrules are different rights surfaces.
- IPAL and ABACUS overrule groups may not resolve to the same effective audience.
- Product Routes/roles are distinct from the platform's own operator permissions.
Return to solution take
Apply the exact approved identity/group delta with shared-impact authority.
Reject this shortcut: An overly broad group grants the exception to unlisted users: reject.
Confirmation and application
- Resolve the approved identity handles and compare effective rights in every affected validation system.
- Add or remove only the named bypass/visibility relationships and record their real audience.
- Test an included and an excluded identity on the actual target.
Verification
- The intended identity can perform the permitted action.
- An unlisted identity cannot use the bypass or route.
- Unrelated roles and products retain their prior permissions.
Recovery
Revert only the recorded rights delta after checking subsequent role changes; do not restore an obsolete whole group membership list.
What is retained
Memory: Group membership is an indirect grant with a potentially larger audience than one user.
Skill: Review effective permissions, not only the inserted role row.
Tool candidate: Automate effective-audience expansion and positive/negative role checks before a shared rights change.
Next request: Recheck current group membership, scope and requested authority; no previous approval is inherited.

Customer request
Apply the new tariff from the agreed date.
Specific failure illustrated
A new tariff version exists, but pricing still selects an older deployed version.
Initial solution take
A new tariff version exists, but pricing still selects an older deployed version.
The related procedure is a candidate until its current preconditions are checked.
Evidence to establish — investigation or the known skill’s preflight
- ABACUS selects DEPLOYED versions, not merely newly created rows.
- Template and effective date determine which version is priced.
- Tariff effective date is not PR_BASIC_COVERS.VALID_FROM; price limits may belong to catalogue operations.
Return to solution take
Create and test only the requested tariff-version delta, asserting the version actually selected.
Reject this shortcut: The new version is present but the engine still selects the old tariff: fail.
Confirmation and application
- Bind the approved rates and worked examples to exact template/effective-date keys.
- Author maintained rating metadata/files, compile and deploy only on the working environment for validation.
- Release the chosen version set and re-run the same dated examples on target.
Verification
- The selected version id is the intended new version.
- Worked examples reconcile per cover and loading in their stated currency.
- Before/after effective-date boundaries and unaffected templates retain the expected tariff.
Recovery
Keep the prior deployed version and selector bindings; a rollback must restore the intended version without removing historical applicability.
What is retained
Memory: Compilation success and a plausible premium do not prove the new tariff was used.
Skill: Require version-id assertions and effective-date boundary examples.
Tool candidate: Automate the template/version selection matrix and compare rating results against the approved worked examples.
Next request: Check current effective versions and requested scope before importing another tariff.

CF-05 — Broker, channel or partner rating template on an existing product. Ask: a bank, a leasing house or an online channel gets its own prices and visibility. Composite configuration example using the census’s KOLHIDA_EUR/MAXO_EUR template names and the documented selector/fallback mechanics. It does not claim a captured incident in which those partners received the wrong price.
Customer request
Prepare the approved EUR partner templates with the correct offer selection and visibility.
Specific failure illustrated
The partner templates compile, but the caller can still silently receive the default tariff.
Initial solution take
The partner templates compile, but the caller can still silently receive the default tariff.
The related procedure is a candidate until its current preconditions are checked.
Evidence to establish — investigation or the known skill’s preflight
- Offer-to-template resolution falls through TemplateOfferCode, OfferCode and LB_OFFER_PRICING_RULE to configured/default fallback.
- KOLHIDA_EUR and MAXO_EUR are named template examples in the configuration census; this replay combines the documented template and selector mechanics.
- Role visibility and a compiled version do not prove the intended caller selects that version.
Return to solution take
Treat each approved template/selector as a bounded work item and join rating, offer and visibility proof.
Reject this shortcut: All templates compile but every caller falls back to the default: fail.
Confirmation and application
- Pin a leaf specification and effective version for KOLHIDA_EUR and MAXO_EUR; run the two template preparation tasks.
- Bind the approved offer-to-template selectors and permitted audience without changing the unrelated default path.
- Compile/test each working version, then release the selected set and repeat intended, default and wrong-caller probes.
Verification
- KOLHIDA and MAXO examples select their declared template/version, not silent fallback.
- Default callers keep their existing tariff and excluded roles gain no visibility.
- Every declared template has per-cover rating proof on the requested target.
Recovery
Restore prior selector/role bindings and deployed versions as one compatible set; do not leave a selector pointing at a removed version.
What is retained
Memory: Template existence, caller selection and product visibility are three different checks.
Skill: Use a per-template plan with a joined selector/version/audience result matrix.
Tool candidate: Build a selector-probe tool that records resolved template/version for intended, unknown/default and excluded callers; reuse it after every promotion.
Next request: Resolve the caller and active template first; reuse only compatible examples and create a new version delta.

Customer request
Change the discount and deductible rule.
Specific failure illustrated
Only part of a discount/loading/deductible rule is installed across the three systems.
Initial solution take
Only part of a discount/loading/deductible rule is installed across the three systems.
The related procedure is a candidate until its current preconditions are checked.
Evidence to establish — investigation or the known skill’s preflight
- An INSIS HT_DISCOUNT_TYPE entry alone is not the operative discount rule.
- IPAL definitions and ABACUS loading logic may use different codes or dates.
- Activating a row before its code capability is available creates an inert or wrong rule.
Return to solution take
Join the approved IPAL, ABACUS and INSIS rule obligations before claiming delivery.
Reject this shortcut: Only HT_DISCOUNT_TYPE is installed while the operative rule is missing: no completion.
Confirmation and application
- Map the requested business rule to current definitions, codes and effective dates.
- Apply the selected stage delta and record the INSIS owner's separate work and any evaluator dependency.
- Run the same boundary scenario through all promised pricing and policy surfaces.
Verification
- The requested amount, limit and deductible agree across the declared surfaces.
- The operative rule is present and selected, not just its type row.
- Unaffected products and dates retain their previous calculation.
Recovery
Restore the compatible rule/version set and account for policies already issued under it; do not roll one side back in isolation.
What is retained
Memory: A type catalogue entry and its effective rule are separate dependencies.
Skill: Require a three-system rule matrix and explicit external-owner evidence.
Tool candidate: Automate code/date/rule coverage checks and replay the approved pricing boundary examples.

Initial solution take
A new factor value can be selected but maps to the wrong code or dependent choice.
The related procedure is a candidate until its current preconditions are checked.
Evidence to establish — investigation or the known skill’s preflight
- PR_PRICING_FACTOR_VALUES and _DEPENDENT have different business-key scopes.
- GLOBAL values and shared labels may affect more than the requested product.
- INSIS/ABACUS code mappings must match the meaning of the new value.
Return to solution take
Add the missing approved value/dependency and label with a verified downstream mapping.
Reject this shortcut: A new factor value is selectable but maps to the wrong INSIS code: fail.
Confirmation and application
- Export the current factor keys, parent selections, labels and external codes.
- Apply only the missing business-key delta under the actual shared/product scope.
- Select the value under the intended parent and check pricing and transfer consumption.
Verification
- The value appears under the right parent selection.
- The downstream system receives the intended code.
- No duplicate or unrelated global value was changed.
Recovery
Remove only unused inserted keys and restore their prior mappings after checking historical consumers.
What is retained
Memory: A selectable label can still carry the wrong business code.
Skill: Include dependent-parent and downstream-code tests in the factor-value procedure.
Tool candidate: Automate factor/label/external-code comparison and generate the missing-key plan from the diff.
Next request: Read current value and parent dependencies first; distinguish missing value from missing visibility.

Specific failure illustrated
A print registration change produces the wrong document set or extra copies.
Initial solution take
A print registration change produces the wrong document set or extra copies.
The related procedure is a candidate until its current preconditions are checked.
Evidence to establish — investigation or the known skill’s preflight
- CFG_PRINT_DOCS, its evaluator and the BI template are separate dependencies.
- NULL/zero or an unknown selector token can be treated as enabled on a fail-open path.
- The exact document parameters and copy count matter, not just a successful render.
Return to solution take
Deliver the approved registration/selector/template set in compatibility order.
Reject this shortcut: A NULL/zero gate is interpreted as enabled and extra documents are emitted: reject.
Confirmation and application
- Compare the document registration, evaluator capability, template version and parameter contract.
- Apply the exact registration delta and wait for any required code or external BI-template work.
- Invoke the intended document and the negative selector cases on the chosen target.
Verification
- Only the intended documents and copy counts are emitted.
- Negative or disabled selectors produce no extra documents.
- The selected template receives the expected object/party parameters.
Recovery
Restore the compatible registration and evaluator/template state; retain already-generated documents as recorded effects.
What is retained
Memory: Adding a gate token before its evaluator can enable rather than suppress printing.
Skill: Verify registration, code capability and negative document selection as one release unit.
Tool candidate: Automate a document-selection matrix that records emitted document ids/counts and rejected selectors.
Next request: Probe invocation and current template parameters before editing the same cell again.

This office cannot get a policy number.
Specific failure illustrated
The office/year has numbering rows but cannot allocate a usable policy number.
Initial solution take
The office/year has numbering rows but cannot allocate a usable policy number.
The related procedure is a candidate until its current preconditions are checked.
Evidence to establish — investigation or the known skill’s preflight
- CFG_POLICY_NO_SEQ does not establish that the INSIS sequence, synonym and grant exist.
- The executing principal must see the correct sequence through the expected name.
- Resetting a used counter can collide with already-issued numbers.
Return to solution take
Coordinate the precise row delta and separately authorised sequence/permission work.
Reject this shortcut: The sequence exists but its synonym/grant is missing, or a reset would collide: fail.
Confirmation and application
- Read the product/office/year rows and non-consuming sequence metadata under the real principal.
- Have the authorised DDL or external owner create the missing sequence/grant/synonym; preserve an existing used counter.
- Run only the approved number-consuming test and record the allocated number.
Verification
- The requested principal resolves the expected sequence and synonym.
- The product/office/year path allocates a unique number.
- Existing issued numbers and counters are preserved.
Recovery
Do not reset or drop a used sequence as rollback; reconcile allocated numbers and compensate only the safe configuration delta.
What is retained
Memory: A sequence's existence is weaker than permission to use it through the consuming name.
Skill: Treat row, sequence, synonym and grant as separate prerequisites.
Tool candidate: Automate the non-consuming numbering preflight and collision inventory; reserve allocation tests for explicit authority.
Next request: Inspect existing sequence and maximum issued values before applying a known creation pattern.

Change the cover limit for this product.
Specific failure illustrated
A limit or deductible update copies an incomplete definition set over valid target values.
Initial solution take
A limit or deductible update copies an incomplete definition set over valid target values.
The related procedure is a candidate until its current preconditions are checked.
Evidence to establish — investigation or the known skill’s preflight
- TEST and PROD may contain different legitimate cover/deductible definitions.
- A sublimit belongs to a particular cover and effective scope.
- The INSIS counterpart can remain stale after the IPAL delta.
Return to solution take
Apply only the approved per-cover limit/deductible change, preserving accepted target-only definitions.
Reject this shortcut: Copying TEST's smaller deductible set removes valid PROD definitions: reject.
Confirmation and application
- Compare the affected definitions in both directions and confirm the required business limits.
- Prepare the scoped existing-product delta and the INSIS owner's counterpart obligation.
- Run at-limit, below-limit and above-limit quotes/views on the chosen target.
Verification
- The changed cover enforces the approved boundary.
- Valid target-only and unrelated cover definitions remain.
- Every promised system shows the compatible limit/deductible.
Recovery
Restore the prior affected definition only after checking policies and later edits; never replace the whole target catalogue with TEST.
What is retained
Memory: Environment differences are not automatically defects to synchronise away.
Skill: Require per-cover directional baselines and unchanged-definition regressions.
Tool candidate: Automate the cover-definition diff and boundary-case generation without deciding which environment is authoritative.

The message row is corrected but the operator still sees the old or wrong-language text.
Initial solution take
The message row is corrected but the operator still sees the old or wrong-language text.
The related procedure is a candidate until its current preconditions are checked.
Evidence to establish — investigation or the known skill’s preflight
- The message key and language identify the changed value.
- Shared consumers may use the same key in several screens/products.
- A target cache can retain the previous text after the row changes.
Return to solution take
Change the approved text and refresh the correct projection/cache without disturbing other consumers.
Reject this shortcut: The row changes but the customer still sees cached text: no visible-result proof.
Confirmation and application
- Resolve the key, language, current text and all affected consumers.
- Apply the exact shared-label delta and its authorised cache refresh.
- Open the affected screen/document and compare the displayed wording in each relevant language.
Verification
- The visible text equals the approved wording.
- The intended language and shared consumers resolve correctly.
- Unrelated keys and translations remain unchanged.
Recovery
Restore the specific prior text and refresh its cache after checking for a newer approved wording.
What is retained
Memory: A successful row update does not prove a visible text change.
Skill: Carry key/language/consumer/cache evidence with label changes.
Tool candidate: Automate key-to-consumer tracing and post-refresh visible-text comparison.
Next request: Check the current target key and cache before proposing another translation write.

Initial solution take
A new clause prices correctly but cannot be selected, transferred or printed completely.
The related procedure is a candidate until its current preconditions are checked.
Evidence to establish — investigation or the known skill’s preflight
- Catalogue, rating, offers, limits, print and INSIS mappings form a dependency chain.
- A new cover can require code or an externally owned INSIS definition.
- A single-stage sign-out cannot claim the joint sales/transfer result.
Return to solution take
Run only the affected stages and join every required clause dependency before delivery.
Reject this shortcut: The cover prices correctly but has no INSIS mapping or print support: fail.
Confirmation and application
- Map the new clause to current codes and list missing catalogue/rating/offer/print/seam pieces.
- Prepare the selected stage and external/code deltas, with compatibility order and signed outputs.
- Exercise selection, pricing, transfer and printing on the requested target.
Verification
- The clause is selectable with the intended limits.
- Rating and loadings reconcile with the approved examples.
- The clause transfers and prints through the declared mappings.
Recovery

Initial solution take
A package's happy path works, but a forbidden cover combination is still selectable.
The related procedure is a candidate until its current preconditions are checked.
Evidence to establish — investigation or the known skill’s preflight
- LB_OFFERS and cover-definition rules govern selection, defaults and constraints.
- Mandatory, optional, conflict and limit rules must be tested as combinations.
- The offer's rating baseline can be reused only when its template mapping remains compatible.
Return to solution take

- Exercise mandatory, optional, conflict and limit combinations with their actual tariff resolution.
Verification
- Allowed combinations remain selectable and priced.
- Forbidden combinations are rejected by the consuming flow.
- Unchanged packages retain their behaviour.
Recovery

Initial solution take
The new question exists in INSIS but is ignored by IPAL or the rating request.
The related procedure is a candidate until its current preconditions are checked.
Evidence to establish — investigation or the known skill’s preflight
- INSIS-native question/answer codes, IPAL factors and ABACUS input are distinct mappings.
- Requiredness may depend on another answer and need a real evaluator capability.
- A definition deployed on one surface is only partial delivery.
Return to solution take
Join the external question definition with the required factor and rating mappings.
Reject this shortcut: INSIS shows the question but IPAL or rating still ignores it: remain partially delivered.
Confirmation and application

- Enter allowed and missing/invalid answers and inspect the actual rating/transfer input.
Verification
- The question is usable on every promised surface.

Initial solution take
A new IPAL-to-INSIS mapping row is present but the transfer consumer never reads it.
The related procedure is a candidate until its current preconditions are checked.
Evidence to establish — investigation or the known skill’s preflight
- Covers, objects, loadings and fields use different mapping keys.
- A configuration entry cannot implement a code capability that is absent.
- Unknown and unmapped inputs require an explicit outcome.
Return to solution take
Change the proven consumed mapping, or recruit Development for the missing consumer capability.
Reject this shortcut: The mapping row is present but the consumer never reads that column: reject.
Confirmation and application

Evidence to establish — investigation or the known skill’s preflight
- A donor's structures are not all reusable for the new product.
- The census’s 3606-from-3635 example required a product process/BPMN change as well as copied configuration rows.
- Rating, codes, numbering, documents and access must belong to the variant's own scope.
Return to solution take
Clone only approved structures and join the necessary process/code changes.
Reject this shortcut: Rows are cloned but the product starts the donor's wrong process or uses donor numbering: fail.
Confirmation and application
- Inventory the donor and requested differences across all selected configuration parts.
- Build the variant deltas and accepted Development work rather than copying incompatible behaviour.
- Run the variant's own quote/issue/transfer/print path and an unchanged-donor regression.
Verification
- The variant resolves its own codes, tariff and numbering.
- The intended process and document set are selected.
- The donor continues to behave as before.
Recovery
Retire or restore only the variant's case-owned structures after checking issued use; never undo shared donor data blindly.
What is retained
Memory: A row clone is not a complete new-product deployment.
Skill: Use donor-suitability and clone-plus-code checks before planning the stage set.
Tool candidate: Automate a donor/variant dependency diff that flags embedded product ids, shared files and process/numbering reuse.
Next request: Read the donor's current state and reject incompatible inherited fields or processes.

CF-17 — INSIS-native new product with ABACUS rating and an IPAL seam only (2345 «Пълна защита»; 3410 asked 05.2025, nothing anywhere). Evidence: INSIS TEST HT_INSR_TYPE, CFG_GEN_CONDITIONS tariff rule PD, three covers, AB_CFG_RATE_ABC_ON; PPA 06–07.2026; a 155-day wait. Scope: parts 5, 6, 8, 9 · S2 + INSIS script · abacus-only. Census coverage assessment: not covered — the module is IPAL-first and declares INSIS out. Current illustrated path P: Support intake/classification → route → accepted Configuration subcase: S1 Normalization → S2 Abacus → S3 IPAL → joint Joint proof → release Release and verify → Support closure. Customer request
Configure the new core-system product and its rating.
Specific failure illustrated
ABACUS is ready, but the INSIS-native product is still unusable.
Initial solution take
ABACUS is ready, but the INSIS-native product is still unusable.
The related procedure is a candidate until its current preconditions are checked.
Evidence to establish — investigation or the known skill’s preflight
- The requested sales path belongs to INSIS, not an invented IPAL sales catalogue.
- ABACUS rating and any IPAL interface seam are separate deliverables.
- The INSIS product/rule setup remains with its declared external owner.
Return to solution take
Coordinate the native product owner with the selected rating and interface work.
Reject this shortcut: An ABACUS-only sign-out closes the request while the INSIS product remains unusable: reject.
Confirmation and application
- Record the native sales objective and required rating/seam contracts.
- Complete and sign the selected ABACUS/seam deltas while tracking the INSIS owner's setup evidence.
- Run the promised native flow and its actual rating request before returning the joined result.
Verification
- The INSIS-native path is usable as requested.
- ABACUS returns the intended rating for its inputs.
- Only the promised IPAL seam is claimed; no IPAL issuance proof is invented.
Recovery
Restore compatible rating/seam versions with the native owner; keep externally issued effects explicit.
What is retained
Memory: The configuration proof ladder must match the actual sales channel.
Skill: Represent an INSIS-native product as named native/rating/seam obligations.
Tool candidate: Automate native-request-to-rating/seam checks and flag missing external-owner evidence at the join.
Next request: Recognise the target administration at intake and select only its real stages.

The specification changed; update the existing work.
Specific failure illustrated
A changed specification reaches one stage while another still consumes an older approved revision.
Initial solution take
A changed specification reaches one stage while another still consumes an older approved revision.
The related procedure is a candidate until its current preconditions are checked.
Evidence to establish — investigation or the known skill’s preflight
- Re-uploaded files can amend or contradict earlier requirements.
- An old H3 or preview signature binds the old artefact, not the new values.
- Unchanged work should be retained, while dependent assertions must be invalidated.
Return to solution take
Confirm the exact S1 delta and rerun only its affected consumers.
Reject this shortcut: An old H3 or preview approval is reused after the tariff/limit requirement changed: reject.
Confirmation and application
- Compare the source revisions and identify the requirement changed by the customer.
- Have the S1 owner publish the approved revision delta and mark dependent sign-outs/assertions stale.
- Reconcile affected stages and the final preview against the new input revision.
Verification
- Every affected output cites the current approved requirement.
- Superseded tariff/limit values no longer drive the target.
- Unaffected verified work is retained with its valid dependencies.
Recovery
Return to the prior specification only through a new reviewed revision; do not silently reuse an old signature.
What is retained
Memory: Approval follows the artefact revision, not the filename or the fact that the customer once approved it.
Skill: Treat requirement amendments as scoped invalidation and reconciliation.
Tool candidate: Automate input-revision dependency tracing and report exactly which tests/sign-outs must be rerun.
Next request: Retrieve the product's latest approved scope and change history before accepting another re-upload.

A campaign works at launch but has no durable stop-offering or safe retirement plan.
Initial solution take
A campaign works at launch but has no durable stop-offering or safe retirement plan.
The related procedure is a candidate until its current preconditions are checked.
Evidence to establish — investigation or the known skill’s preflight
- Start/end dates and eligibility must be tested at their boundaries.
- Stopping new sales is different from deleting definitions used by issued policies.
- A browser/session ending cannot cancel the scheduled obligation.
Return to solution take
Deliver the compatible campaign change together with durable expiry and retirement obligations.
Reject this shortcut: A closed browser/session cancels campaign retirement, or removal breaks issued policies: reject.
Confirmation and application
- Agree campaign dates, eligibility, duration semantics and treatment of already-issued policies.
- Join the required code/rating/offer/label changes and assign the stop/removal work before delivery.
- Test boundary dates and later verify that new sales stop while existing policies retain their terms.
Verification
- Eligible dates and customers receive the campaign; outside cases do not.
- New sales stop at the agreed boundary.
- Issued policies remain valid and retirement has an accountable successor.
Recovery
Restore the compatible offering state only after checking issued use; destructive removal is separately scoped and gated.
What is retained
Memory: Commercial expiry and data removal have different effects.
Skill: Persist campaign stop-offering and later retirement as separate obligations.
Tool candidate: Automate boundary-date probes and due-obligation checks, with a historical-consumer test before removal.
Next request: Check current campaign and successor obligations before extending or recreating it.

The product menu is hidden for an excluded role, but the backend still accepts access.
Initial solution take
The product menu is hidden for an excluded role, but the backend still accepts access.
The related procedure is a candidate until its current preconditions are checked.
Evidence to establish — investigation or the known skill’s preflight
- Routes and product roles differ across targets.
- Menu visibility is only one access surface.
- Shared-role changes can widen access beyond the requested audience.
Return to solution take
Apply and prove the effective audience on both navigation and backend checks.
Reject this shortcut: The menu hides a route but the backend still permits an excluded role: fail.
Confirmation and application
- Compare the intended audience with effective target route/role relationships.
- Apply the exact shared visibility delta and refresh the relevant projection.
- Test the included and excluded role through the actual menu and backend path.
Verification
- The intended audience sees and can use the product.
- An excluded role cannot reach it through a direct request.
- Unrelated products and roles remain unchanged.
Recovery
Restore only the recorded role/route delta after checking subsequent approved access changes.
What is retained
Memory: A hidden menu is not an authorization boundary.
Skill: Require both positive and negative audience tests across UI and backend.
Tool candidate: Automate effective-audience expansion and paired navigation/backend probes.
Next request: Recheck live effective rights; TEST visibility does not prove PROD entitlement.

Customer request
Replace this nomenclature with the approved version.
Specific failure illustrated
A nomenclature reload changes the meaning of keys already used by pricing or historical policies.
Initial solution take
A nomenclature reload changes the meaning of keys already used by pricing or historical policies.
The related procedure is a candidate until its current preconditions are checked.
Evidence to establish — investigation or the known skill’s preflight
- Business keys are consumed by tariffs, labels and external mappings.
- A new catalogue may rename or regroup meanings rather than merely add rows.
- Historical policies still need their old values to remain interpretable.
Return to solution take
Apply a reviewed compatibility mapping or additive delta rather than a blind replacement.
Reject this shortcut: Replacing the catalogue changes the meaning of existing tariff keys: reject.
Confirmation and application
- Compare old/new business keys and enumerate pricing and historical consumers.
- Resolve meaning changes as a business decision, then apply only the compatible approved reload/mapping.
- Price and transfer new selections and read representative historical policies.
Verification
- New values have the intended meaning and downstream codes.
- Tariff keys keep their approved semantics.
- Historical consumers and shared labels remain readable.
Recovery
Retain the prior key mapping and compensate only after checking new selections; avoid deleting values already consumed.
What is retained
Memory: Equal-looking catalogue rows do not prove semantic compatibility.
Skill: Require key-meaning and historical-consumer checks before a reload.
Tool candidate: Automate the old/new key diff with consumer references and unresolved semantic changes.
Next request: Re-evaluate current pricing references and previously rejected scope before reusing a reload script.

Specific failure illustrated
A repeated BSO batch request would insert numbers that are already allocated or used.
Initial solution take
A repeated BSO batch request would insert numbers that are already allocated or used.
The related procedure is a candidate until its current preconditions are checked.
Evidence to establish — investigation or the known skill’s preflight
- Blank ranges have ownership, uniqueness and FREE/USED lifecycle.
- A repeat request is not a second independent set of numbers.
- Consuming a blank to prove issuance is an effect, not a read-only query.
Return to solution take
Provision only the approved missing range using the existing Support/Data skill.
Reject this shortcut: A repeated request would reinsert used or already allocated blanks: reject.
Confirmation and application
- Compare the exact ranges, owner and current lifecycle; separate duplicates and used numbers.
- Insert only the permitted missing range and preserve already-used/allocated blanks.
- Reconcile counts and uniqueness, then perform only an explicitly approved consumption test.
Verification
- The range count equals the approved missing set.
- No duplicate, reinserted used number or changed owner exists.
- The intended free blank is usable under the approved test.
Recovery
Remove only still-unused case-inserted blanks after checking ownership and subsequent allocation.
What is retained
Memory: One batch is one learning origin, not one independent success per blank.
Skill: Keep range, ownership, duplicate and lifecycle checks in the BSO skill.
Tool candidate: Automate range-gap/duplicate/lifecycle inventory and exact post-insert reconciliation.

Specific failure illustrated
A commission expression fixes the requested product but changes historical or unrelated calculations.
Initial solution take
A commission expression fixes the requested product but changes historical or unrelated calculations.
The related procedure is a candidate until its current preconditions are checked.
Evidence to establish — investigation or the known skill’s preflight
- The rule's product/agent scope and effective date determine its audience.
- A policy-specific commission repair is different from changing a rule set.
- A shared expression may have consumers beyond the named request.
Return to solution take
Apply the exact effective rule delta with explicit unaffected-scope examples.
Reject this shortcut: A new global expression changes historical or unrelated policies unexpectedly: fail.
Confirmation and application
- Compare the current rule, audience, date boundaries and dependent calculations.
- Apply the approved rule and any required external counterpart without copying a policy percentage.
- Recompute affected and unchanged participant/date cases in their currency.
Verification
- The intended effective cases produce the approved commission.
- Historical and unrelated scopes retain their expected result.
- The target consumes the intended new rule version.
Recovery
Restore a prior rule only with its effective scope and accounting implications reviewed; do not undo settled results as a simple row reset.
What is retained
Memory: A rule change has a broader audience than one policy correction.
Skill: Carry effective-date and unaffected-audience regressions with commission rules.
Tool candidate: Automate rule-consumer expansion and a versioned commission example matrix.

Specific failure illustrated
CONTRACT_TYPE or a process registration is deployed but empty or never consumed.
Initial solution take
CONTRACT_TYPE or a process registration is deployed but empty or never consumed.
The related procedure is a candidate until its current preconditions are checked.
Evidence to establish — investigation or the known skill’s preflight
- A schema column, populated values and the consumer capability are separate release components.
- BPMN/product registration must select the intended process.
- Activating configuration before compatible code/schema can leave an inert or failing path.
Return to solution take
Join schema/code capability, configuration values and the intended process selection.
Reject this shortcut: CONTRACT_TYPE is deployed but NULL and never consumed: no completion.
Confirmation and application
- Read actual schema support, current values and the active code/BPMN consumer.
- Deliver compatible prerequisites before activating the approved registration rows.
- Create the authorised test instance and verify the selected contract type/process.
Verification
- The required values are populated, not NULL placeholders.
- The active consumer reads and selects them.
- The expected workflow runs on the declared target.
Recovery
Restore the compatible registration and consumer set, preserving already-started process instances.
What is retained
Memory: Schema presence is only the first third of a usable contract-type change.
Skill: Use schema + value + consumer + workflow proof as one release join.
Tool candidate: Automate capability/value/consumer checks and record the selected process version for the test instance.
Next request: Check all three layers before assuming a new field or registration row is sufficient.

Specific failure illustrated
A delta built from TEST assumes columns or definitions that do not exist on PROD.
Initial solution take
A delta built from TEST assumes columns or definitions that do not exist on PROD.
The related procedure is a candidate until its current preconditions are checked.
Evidence to establish — investigation or the known skill’s preflight
- UI_REQUIRED is a documented TEST-only column; target schema must be checked before packet construction.
- The census also finds legitimate PROD-only deductible/rule data and differing effective versions.
- Environment counts alone cannot decide the desired direction of change.
Return to solution take
Produce a directional reconciliation report for the selected groups; do not synchronise the estate wholesale.
Reject this shortcut: A TEST-only UI_REQUIRED column is used in a PROD write packet: reject before dispatch.
Confirmation and application
- Compare actual columns, business keys, effective versions and consuming code in both directions.
- Classify each difference as requested change, accepted target-only state or unresolved incompatibility.
- Deliver the reviewed report and exact eligible delta, with unsupported target operations excluded.
Verification
- Every selected difference has a disposition and observation basis.
- No packet references a missing target column.
- Accepted target-only data is preserved; report-only scope performs no writes.
Recovery
Correct the report or withdraw an invalid packet; an unapplied report has no database rollback.
What is retained
Memory: TEST is evidence, not a universal authority for PROD.
Skill: Make schema capability and directional business-key baselines prerequisites to configuration.
Tool candidate: Automate a target-aware four-layer diff of schema, data, effective versions and consuming code.

Census challenges
What the real changes ask of the module page and its stage pages. Each is a challenge to a written rule, with the rule the changes suggest; the design disposition is recorded below.
- Census finding The module is new-product-first; the estate is delta-first. Four new products in twelve months, two of them not IPAL products, against hundreds of monthly row changes to the existing sixty; eight of the ten configuration pages assume a specification arrives. Suggested rule: for a delta case S1's input is the estate itself — the existing product read back through the export round-trip of Configuration Module § 6 — plus a one-line ask, and the "specification" is a diff.
- Census finding The five-stage two-phase flow does not fit a one-row change. CF-01, 03, 07, 09 and 11 are one to fifty rows, executed on PROD the same day by a named person, with no TEST step and often a scheduled revert. Suggested rule: a delta fast path** — H1 = target rows + rule text, one stage, one guarded statement through the same effect applier and auditor, H5, verification by re-running the operator's action, H7 scheduled — a tenth of the ceremony with the same gates.
- Census finding PROD-direct is routine, and PROD is sometimes ahead of TEST. The module says nothing customer-facing changes before the release; the estate shows 4704 deductibles, 2222 mandatory checks, route roles, НКИД labels and office sequences that exist only on PROD, and a column that exists only on TEST. Suggested rule: the deployment set names a source of truth per table group**, and the estate prober emits the TEST ↔ PROD diff (CF-25) as the first artefact of every case; the effect applier checks the column set of every target before H5.
- Census finding Half the customer's asks are INSIS-side, and D85 excludes them. 38 of 42 HDesk tickets name INSIS or МАТРИЦА;
CFG_GEN_COVER_RULES(2 527 updates),CFG_DISCOUNTS(118),CFG_QUEST_*(96),CFG_PRINT_DOC*(167) andHT_INSR_TYPEchanged on INSIS TEST in the window; the desk delivers questionnaire and Forms-rule changes there in 0–1 day while the IPAL and ABACUS twins wait 100–500 days. "One PL/SQL script run once per product" describes the seam rows, not this stream. Suggested rule: either the module owns an INSIS delta stage over theoracle-insiswrite connector, or Stage IPAL § The INSIS side states that CF-02, 06, 12, 14 and 17 are delivered half by someone else, and the sign-out names who. - Census finding The ABACUS-only set is right, but its modal member is the template, not the tariff. Gap F ("one
tariff.templateper specification — residual") is the most frequent ABACUS change of the year. Suggested rule:product.schema.jsongainstemplates[]with selector and roles (Stage Normalization § WS-3), and the sign-out records which templates were deployed where. - Census finding Validation thresholds and bypass lists are the highest-frequency configuration, and § 7.1 gives them one row.
CFG_ABC_FLD_VALIDATION1 689 updates, per-user lists 2 960 inserts,CFG_FLD_VALIDATIONevery month. Suggested rule: a case type of their own with the relax-and-revert pair, the ABACUS twin, the bypass identity rows and the "OFF but present" audit (SD-1764, SD-2140). - Census finding Shared rows are the norm, not the collision case.
GLOBALfactor values,SR_MESSAGES,LT_LD_CODES,LT_USER_ROLES, the overrule lists — CF-03, 07, 11 and 21 write nothing else. Suggested rule: W3 "never a shared row without a person" (Write Envelopes) becomes a first-class step of the walk, not a refusal. - Census finding Time-boxed is not configuration alone. The only promo in twelve months was code (
campaign_dur) plus rating plus one label;CFG_DISCOUNTS.CAMPAIGN_IDhas never held a row. Suggested rule: Gap N reopens as a Development + Configuration pair with two H7s. - Census finding Recurrence is the signal the module lacks. 30 of 68 Jira configuration tickets re-occur — five for one
0cell (KI-030), four relax rounds on oneMINV, four missing-sequence tickets. Suggested rule: a Configuration case opens with "has this row been touched before, and what was the permanent fix?" through the experience consult, and the fast path refuses to relax the same rule a third time without raising the permanent change (second-identical-fix rule). - Census finding Elapsed time today is the product's real cost, and § 6 does not measure it. Ask → TEST: 0–1 day when the desk changes INSIS, about three weeks when Ablera configures both systems, three to sixteen months for ABACUS and IPAL twins and nomenclatures; PROD confirmed in 3 of 42; twelve explicit complaints; one ticket closed „поради забава". Suggested rule: the module's evaluation (Configuration Module § 6) grades the middle band collapsing to days and the long band becoming a stated Hd rather than silence, not "a product configured from a 13-sheet template".
- Census finding Configuration and code ship together on this customer line. Every new product needed a plugin commit; every computed rule became code with a database toggle; the FRAME work put a column on both environments and rows on none. Suggested rule: Hd is the normal path for CF-02, 16, 19 and 24, and the release sign-out (Configuration Module § 1b) names the commit beside the script.

| Census question | Design disposition |
|---|---|
| Delta-first work and fewer stages | A configuration-change input carries fresh baselines, changed keys, selected stage edges, skipped-stage reasons and proof; full product and delta share the input seam. |
| PROD-direct and two-way drift | Target choice follows the approved case policy. Probe actual target schemas and preserve accepted target-only state; TEST is not universal authority. |
| INSIS-native scope | Name the INSIS owner, requested action and returned proof. The platform's current scope limit remains; partial delivery cannot masquerade as an operational product. |
| Multiple rating templates | A template work-item list references single-template leaf specifications; bounded S2 tasks rejoin on complete selector/version/target assertions. |
| Thresholds, bypasses and shared rows | Separate temporary exceptions, permanent rules and identity-specific rights. Keep real shared audience and negative-role tests in each packet. |
| Campaign expiry with code | Coordinate code/rating/offer delivery and persist distinct stop-offering/removal obligations, with H7 and drift-safe restoration. |
| Repeat changes and elapsed waiting | Retrieve prior row/trigger changes at intake and link the causal fix. Existing case/park clocks expose partial delivery and external waiting; no new time target is invented. |
| Configuration and code together | The owning root joins Configuration, Development and external results against one dependency graph before claiming the requested target works. |
