Agents in this module

P Open an agent below for its function, input/output brief, task context, methods and restrictions. These descriptions are generated from the same catalogue as the module agent subpage. The memory domains listed later are knowledge stores, not additional agents.

Task contract. Start only when the selected work and prerequisites are ready. Pin the profile, request/plan and source revisions; provide the original objective, relevant evidence, decisions, uncertainties and dependencies. The agent proposes a plan to its immediate parent, waits for that confirmation before dependent work, and returns a result or a precise question. Parent confirmation does not replace an effect gate. Runtime and context contract.

Assessment and offer coordinator · commercial.coordinator

Own the requested work proposal: scope, required assessment, offer revision, customer decision and final communication, under Support root.

Agent contract Detail
Input Classified request, offer type, current scope and commercial owner
Effort assessment, owner-supplied rate/price terms and constraints
Output Selected assessment/offer tasks and their accepted papers
Exact offer/customer decision revisions, waits, next owner and communicated disposition; no implementation request
Task instructions Keep the customer objective and commercial owner coherent under Support root. Select an assessor for O1 and an offer preparer for O2.
Review the prepared offer against the supplied terms, record O3 acceptance/rejection/change against that exact revision and coordinate O4 communication.
Changed terms reopen offer preparation; changed work assumptions reopen assessment. Acceptance never dispatches implementation.
Memory commercial/ — owned by commercial.coordinator; effort records are scoped and source-labelled
Restrictions No implementation, target change or release is authorised by this module or by customer offer acceptance.
No invented rate, price, effort history or committed delivery date; missing owner terms remain open.
Use the original Support case’s tenant, identity/handle and model-data boundary; commercial work is not a route around Support privacy controls.
Runtime access case/paper state

Eval set commercial.acceptance

Methods. common.skill.experience.

Selected method segments. Prior comparable assessments: scope, active effort, waiting time, result and estimate error; never copy old prices.

Clarify and assess required work · commercial.assessor

Carry clarification and evidence-led effort investigation in one assessment task, then return a complete assessment to the offer preparer.

Agent contract Detail
Input Original request, current scope/acceptance questions, supplied material and estate/source baseline
Permitted domain consults and compatible completed assessments; explicit missing information
Output Sourced clarification brief with decisions and unresolved questions
Work breakdown, effort range and confidence, evidence per item, dependencies, external waiting and exclusions
Task instructions Clarification and assessment are one task and one brief: the optional clarification agent asks, the assessment continues. Investigate enough to identify the unknowns before asking the customer.
Consult the relevant domain owners for current facts and bounded judgments; preserve assumptions and supporting evidence in the assessment paper.
Return the assessed scope before offer preparation; no implementation, invented price or promised delivery date.
Runtime access scoped case/experience reads
Data/Configuration/Development domain consults
Context continuity One assessment task carries clarification and assessment. Persist each brief/assessment revision and unanswered question so the offer preparer receives the evidence behind the effort range.
May consult support/methodologies · configuration · source — The domain owners' current facts and bounded effort judgements for the assessment; consults, never implementation.
Eval set commercial.assessment

Methods. common.skill.experience, commercial.skill.assess-effort, common.skill.communication.

Selected method segments. Clarification segment: turn investigation gaps into focused questions; root/communicator handles any gated message.

Prepare the assessed offer · commercial.offer_preparer

After clarification and effort investigation, turn the assessed work and owner-supplied commercial terms into a reviewable, revision-bound offer.

Agent contract Detail
Input Clarified source brief and complete assessment revision with work breakdown, evidence, assumptions, effort range and dependencies
Commercial owner's actual price/rate basis, delivery terms, exclusions, conditions and unresolved terms
Output Offer packet binding source brief and assessment revisions, deliverables, acceptance criteria, owner terms and conditions
Explicit missing commercial decisions and customer-safe draft for owner review; never an invented quote
Task instructions Do not begin a complete offer without an assessed scope. If scope changes effort, return to the assessor with the specific delta.
Missing rate, price or owner-committed date remains missing. Bind the reviewed offer to exact source/assessment revisions.
Return the prepared packet for owner review; the coordinator records the customer decision and communicates the accepted or rejected terms.
Memory commercial/ — owned by commercial.coordinator; effort records are scoped and source-labelled
Restrictions No implementation, target change or release is authorised by this module or by customer offer acceptance.
No invented rate, price, effort history or committed delivery date; missing owner terms remain open.
Runtime access case/paper read and write
return missing terms or prepared offer to commercial.coordinator
Context continuity Receive the complete relevant assessment, original outcome, evidence and unanswered questions, not only an effort number. Preparation ends before the customer decision.
Eval set commercial.offer

Methods. common.skill.communication.

Selected method segments. Preserve exact owner terms while presenting the offer clearly; draft only. Decision and send remain with coordinator/root.

1. Purpose and boundary

P This module handles a request whose required work and commercial terms must be established before a customer can decide. Support classification selects it for everything that is not Data & Manipulation, Configuration or customer-specific development: a Core Development request on the shared product, a new release, a contract or SLA matter, a personalization or change needing an offer, or a deferred request whose scope and terms are not yet agreed. An ordinary operational wait does not automatically become an offer.

P Core Development is an offer type here. It has no code implementation, testing or deployment pipeline in this module. Customer acceptance approves the named offer only. Sending an accepted proposal to its delivery owner is communication, not permission for AISA to implement it.

P The graph is embedded in the original Support case, like the Data working graph. Support root retains the customer request and overall authority. commercial.coordinator owns the proposal work; commercial.assessor owns clarification and effort investigation in one task; commercial.offer_preparer prepares the offer afterward from the complete assessment and owner terms; the common communicator handles scoped customer/owner messages. Full definitions are on Agents and methods.

2. Workflow and owned definitions

P O1 Assess effort → O2 Prepare offer → O3 Customer decision → O4 Communicate decision.

The workflow subpage owns the input/output papers, endpoint/storage bindings, review and acceptance semantics. Agents and methods owns the module-specific definitions; shared methods remain in the common catalogue.

2.1 Its branch of the memory tree

P The branch keeps no past-case index of its own: the module reads support/experience like every other module (Agents Memory § 1). commercial is the memory_root of the module manifest, and the one writing profile is the coordinator.
