Assessment & Offers — agents and methods
Module overview · Common methods
P A skill is a complete procedure that can use LLM judgment and optional executable helpers. A tool is runnable source and/or a binary inside that procedure. Connector calls, state transitions, agent calls and permission checks are runtime access, not extra learned skills or imaginary binaries. Only the methods and segments selected for the actual case run.
Agents
commercial.coordinator — Assessment and offer coordinator
P Function. Own the requested work proposal: scope, required assessment, offer revision, customer decision and final communication, under Support root.
| Contract | Content |
|---|---|
| Input brief | Classified request, offer type, current scope and commercial owner Effort assessment, owner-supplied rate/price terms and constraints |
| Output brief | Selected assessment/offer tasks and their accepted papers Exact offer/customer decision revisions, waits, next owner and communicated disposition; no implementation request |
| Scope and restrictions | No implementation, target change or release is authorised by this module or by customer offer acceptance. No invented rate, price, effort history or committed delivery date; missing owner terms remain open. Use the original Support case’s tenant, identity/handle and model-data boundary; commercial work is not a route around Support privacy controls. |
| Memory / ownership | commercial/ — owned by commercial.coordinator; effort records are scoped and source-labelled |
| Role instructions | Keep the customer objective and commercial owner coherent under Support root. Select an assessor for O1 and an offer preparer for O2. Review the prepared offer against the supplied terms, record O3 acceptance/rejection/change against that exact revision and coordinate O4 communication. Changed terms reopen offer preparation; changed work assumptions reopen assessment. Acceptance never dispatches implementation. |
| Runtime / connector access | case/paper state selected domain-agent consults parent plan confirmation request customer offer decision through root |
| Eval set | commercial.acceptance — declared by the owning module manifest or platform-profiles.json; green before publication (Agents § 0.1) |
| Experience strategy | effort-estimation; retrieval and index contract |
| Runtime profile identity | commercial.coordinator |
Methods used. common.skill.experience.
Selected segments. common.skill.experience: Prior comparable assessments: scope, active effort, waiting time, result and estimate error; never copy old prices.
Source basis. Assessment and offer workflow, Existing request classification and owner communication, Stage-specific offer papers, gates and durable operations.
P Status. Planned module required by the user; no live commercial action or implementation claimed.
commercial.assessor — Clarify and assess required work
P Function. Carry clarification and evidence-led effort investigation in one assessment task, then return a complete assessment to the offer preparer.
| Contract | Content |
|---|---|
| Input brief | Original request, current scope/acceptance questions, supplied material and estate/source baseline Permitted domain consults and compatible completed assessments; explicit missing information |
| Output brief | Sourced clarification brief with decisions and unresolved questions Work breakdown, effort range and confidence, evidence per item, dependencies, external waiting and exclusions |
| Role instructions | Clarification and assessment are one task and one brief: the optional clarification agent asks, the assessment continues. Investigate enough to identify the unknowns before asking the customer. Consult the relevant domain owners for current facts and bounded judgments; preserve assumptions and supporting evidence in the assessment paper. Return the assessed scope before offer preparation; no implementation, invented price or promised delivery date. |
| Runtime / connector access | scoped case/experience reads Data/Configuration/Development domain consults |
| Context and task continuity | One assessment task carries clarification and assessment. Persist each brief/assessment revision and unanswered question so the offer preparer receives the evidence behind the effort range. |
| May consult | support/methodologies · configuration · source — The domain owners' current facts and bounded effort judgements for the assessment; consults, never implementation. |
| Eval set | commercial.assessment — declared by the owning module manifest or platform-profiles.json; green before publication (Agents § 0.1) |
| Experience strategy | effort-estimation; retrieval and index contract |
| Runtime profile identity | commercial.assessor |
Methods used. common.skill.experience, commercial.skill.assess-effort, common.skill.communication.
Selected segments. common.skill.communication: Clarification segment: turn investigation gaps into focused questions; root/communicator handles any gated message.
Source basis. Assessment and offer workflow, Existing request classification and owner communication, Stage-specific offer papers, gates and durable operations.
P Status. Planned module required by the user; no live commercial action or implementation claimed.
commercial.offer_preparer — Prepare the assessed offer
P Function. After clarification and effort investigation, turn the assessed work and owner-supplied commercial terms into a reviewable, revision-bound offer.
| Contract | Content |
|---|---|
| Input brief | Clarified source brief and complete assessment revision with work breakdown, evidence, assumptions, effort range and dependencies Commercial owner's actual price/rate basis, delivery terms, exclusions, conditions and unresolved terms |
| Output brief | Offer packet binding source brief and assessment revisions, deliverables, acceptance criteria, owner terms and conditions Explicit missing commercial decisions and customer-safe draft for owner review; never an invented quote |
| Scope and restrictions | No implementation, target change or release is authorised by this module or by customer offer acceptance. No invented rate, price, effort history or committed delivery date; missing owner terms remain open. |
| Memory / ownership | commercial/ — owned by commercial.coordinator; effort records are scoped and source-labelled |
| Role instructions | Do not begin a complete offer without an assessed scope. If scope changes effort, return to the assessor with the specific delta. Missing rate, price or owner-committed date remains missing. Bind the reviewed offer to exact source/assessment revisions. Return the prepared packet for owner review; the coordinator records the customer decision and communicates the accepted or rejected terms. |
| Runtime / connector access | case/paper read and write return missing terms or prepared offer to commercial.coordinator |
| Context and task continuity | Receive the complete relevant assessment, original outcome, evidence and unanswered questions, not only an effort number. Preparation ends before the customer decision. |
| Eval set | commercial.offer — declared by the owning module manifest or platform-profiles.json; green before publication (Agents § 0.1) |
| Runtime profile identity | commercial.offer_preparer |
Methods used. common.skill.communication.
Selected segments. common.skill.communication: Preserve exact owner terms while presenting the offer clearly; draft only. Decision and send remain with coordinator/root.
Source basis. Assessment and offer workflow, Existing request classification and owner communication, Stage-specific offer papers, gates and durable operations.
P Status. Planned module required by the user; no live commercial action or implementation claimed.
Former reference commercial.skill.prepare-offer resolves to this responsibility. Existing task/profile revisions are not rewritten; new work uses commercial.offer_preparer.
Domain procedures
commercial.skill.assess-effort — Assess required work and effort
P Function. Break the requested result into actual configuration/data/source/owner work, ask domain experts about unknowns, and compare like-for-like completed work. Separate active effort, elapsed waiting and calendar dependencies.
| Contract | Content |
|---|---|
| Input brief | Request scope and success criteria; current baselines; comparable case summaries |
| Output brief | Evidence-based effort range and work breakdown; assumptions, risks and missing estimates |
| Runtime / connector access | Scoped experience strategy; read-only domain consult |
Source basis. Assessment and offer workflow, Existing request classification and owner communication, Stage-specific offer papers, gates and durable operations.
P Status. Planned module required by the user; no live commercial action or implementation claimed.
